Referees Needed... and YOU can help!

Refereeing is a great way to get some exercise, support the game, and make some money.

As you may be aware, there is a huge referee shortage throughout MA and the world. In Essex County Youth Soccer alone, 1 in 4 games did not have a ref this past Fall season.

The world of soccer needs refs! HYS needs refs for our In-Town program! ECYSA needs refs for their Travel program!

If you are interested in becoming a ref, please go to the MA State Referee Committee website - https://www.massref.net/. Anyone 14 and older can become a ref in MA.
